From the Gulf of Mexico to your plate, Florida Stone Crabs have made their way back to Truluck’s, fresh and meaty as ever. Served chilled and pre-cracked with a specialty mustard, you can enjoy All-You-Can-Eat Florida Stone Crab Claws for just $79, every Monday.

Of course, this fresh catch of shellfish is not all Truluck’s has to offer this season. Our tastebuds endured four flights of distinctive cocktails and delectable eats.

Flight 1: Hot ‘n’ Crunchy Shrimp w/ mango chili + Boneless Braised Short Rib w/ bordelaise and arugula (Not pictured — You know when something is so good you forget to snap a pic? #sorrynotsorry)

Flight 2: Fresh Florida Stone Crab Claws

Flight 3: Jumbo Lump Crab Cake w/ dilled tartar sauce
Flight 3: Shrimp Cocktail w/ atomic cocktail sauce

Flight 4: Chocolate Malt Cake w/ chocolatey cream cheese icing
Flight 4: Carrot Cake w/ pineapple, cinnamon, pecans and layers of sweet cream cheese icing

The China Rose and Subtle Heat cocktails won the happy hour (IMO) but overall, from the cocktails to the carrot cake, this menu is nothing short of delicious.

Truluck’s has a dozen locations across the country, but only two locations in the DFW area (Dallas and Southlake). You can also check them out online at trulucks.com and on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

More about Florida Stone Crab Claws at Truluck’s

Truluck’s is so committed to fresh Florida Stone Crab, they work exclusively with their fisheries and dedicated crabbing professionals in South Florida. Each day, the boats go out into the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, set their traps, and capture the crab. They then cook the crab, pack them in ice, and jet-fresh deliver them from Truluck’s traps to your table in hours. Truluck’s will NEVER serve frozen Florida Stone Crab. It is only offered at the height of freshness during the season. As responsible restaurateurs, Truluck’s stands committed to being champions of sustainable seafood, and work hard to bring customers the best-tasting, sustainable ingredients that make sense for the plate, the palate and the planet.
