If you are looking for a fine dining experience in an intimate setting, you should definitely go check out Eddy T’s new restaurant, Bite. The service is impeccable and the food is even better. I can’t put it into words, so I’ll show you here with some food porn!
Appetizers
This is the savory bite they bring out to let you know its about to go down!
The Beef Carpaccio was amazing! Im not a lover of olives, so I skipped past them. But everything else on this plate disappeared!
The Lobster Bisque was to die for. I’m a huge fan of lobster bisque as it is, but the way it was prepared made this one even better. Plus, do you see these large chunks of lobster? Yeah, I was all about that. Here’s a video of how they prepare it at the table.
Entrees
The Braised Short Rib was tender and extremely flavorful. I loved the polenta it was served with as well as the roast tomato. It was topped with the the perfect demo-glaze.
The Miso Truffle Salmon was equally delicious and stunning. It was cooked to perfection and was perfectly light and savory.
Dessert
The Flourless Chocolate Cake, be it beautiful, was not my favorite. I loved everything that came with it; the mint ice cream was delicious, but the cake itself I could have done without.
The Apple Cobbler certainly made up for the dessert before. The honey crisp on top was pretty awesome, and while it had different flavor from your typical apple cobbler, I really enjoyed it!
I finished off with the Chef’s Selected Cheese Platter. It was tasty and the perfect ending to our meal. I especially loved the bread!
As you can see, everything (aside from the cake) was absolutely wonderful. I definitely suggest it for a fancy date night or a girl’s night out!
