The first annual Chipotle Cultivate Festival took place in Las Colinas over the weekend. Dallas Food Nerd was there to experience a day filled with delicious food, live music and inspiring ideas. The festival celebrated food that is responsibly raised, skillfully prepared and delightfully enjoyed.
Many local vendors showcased their refreshing and palate-pleasing wines and beers. Additionally, Chipotle set up several exhibits to educate attendees about how they grow and prepare responsible food. Several notable Dallas chefs also joined the line up to demonstrate their culinary skills and share their love of food.
See our photo recap below!
This exhibit, “Fresh vs. Processed” informed attendees of what’s being served in typical fast food compared to the food served at Chipotle and ShopHouse.

We enjoyed visiting the Chipotle guacamole demo to see how their guac is made. The guacamole is made using fresh, whole ingredients.
