Elizabeth Rowe, a contestant on Food Network’s “Dallas Cakes” and “Cake Wars,” opened her own shop called The London Baker this past March. Located in Castle Hills Village in Lewisville (2540 King Arthur Blvd), the store pays homage to Rowe’s roots and offers custom cakes, many of which are just as elaborate as shown on the Food Network, as well as an array of desserts and tea.

Whether you’re celebrating a wedding, birthday, baby shower or another occasion, The London Baker can customize your cake, and they really let their creative fly with the designs!

Rowe’s background was in fine arts and graphic design, which she soon found a new career in baking. “I rapidly wanted to grow those once basic cakes into more complex 3-dimensional scrumdiddlyumptious works of art!” she states.

The store offers high tea daily, so come by for English tea, tea sandwiches and more scrumptious bites.

Browse through other goodies like croissants, cupcakes brownies, scones and more. Take a look at the yummy finds below, including a Royal Wedding Cupcake, which was baked with the real favors as the wedding cake (lemon flavor, infused buttercream and elderflower).

So for the very best cake artistry in town, check out The London Baker. Click here to see more photos from the show “Dallas Cakes,” including Rowe’s popular DeLorean cake (inspired by “Back to the Future”) that she whipped up for this year’s Fan Expo Dallas.
