Bad Chicken you say? We’re here for it.
This is not another Nashville hot chicken spot. Bad Chicken in Preston Center serves wings that are smoked (but not too smoked), then they’re “flash-fried” to order. Choose from 15 sauces and four dry-spiced wings.
We chose the garlic parm and Buffalo mild sauces for our wings. Both full of flavor, and we have our eyes set on other sauces to try next time.
The bacon PBJ sammich is just what it sounds like… fried chicken tossed in their signature jelly glaze, bacon and peanut butter sauce.
Wanna try something different? Get the Chicken Bomb Bowl, which comes with fried chicken, and guess want, curly fries. We were intrigued by the one with honey habanero and bang bang sauce. 10/10 would order again.
Don’t pass up dessert. We’re begging you. Order the chocolate mousse cup or the fried cheesecake egg rolls. We heard the crème brûlée and sticky toffee are pretty dope too.
