On November 4, TopGolf will open its doors in The Colony. Our North Dallas readers may have already driven past the venue off Highway 121. Trust me, you can’t miss it! A few local bloggers, reporters and I were invited to an exclusive Chef’s Tasting event. The tasting included live cooking demonstrations, tasting stations, signature cocktails, and a meet-and-greet with TopGolf The Colony’s culinary and management team. I enjoyed meeting TopGolf Executive Chefs Seve Delgado and Mark Boyton and learning about the delicious menu items.

The guests and I enjoyed a variety of food and drinks, and I was very impressed with the selections. We sampled shareable appetizers (which enhance the brand’s social experience), succulent entrees, unique desserts (injectable donut holes and cotton candy!) and a wide selection of drinks.

“TopGolf’s goal is to exceed guest expectations and make the food as good as the game.” – Mark Boyton

The team in the kitchen prepares its food daily from fresh ingredients, and the majority of the menu items are made from scratch. Additionally, many ingredients are derived from local businesses.

“We like to think we have the mindset of Willie Wonka in the TopGolf kitchen, where anything is possible.” – Seve Delgado
