You may be familiar with the Harder Concepts bars like The Mucky Duck, Ringos and the rest of their spots around North Dallas. The parent company has now welcomed The Brixton to the family. And it truly lives up to its motto: Eat, Drink and Party Harder! With a large offering of food, cocktails and live music, it’s no wonder The Brixton is undoubtedly Plano’s hottest bar.

The music

Nights are lively at The Brixton; enjoy the best of all worlds: dinner, drinks and and live music. Check out the events schedule here to see which bands are coming up at the venue, including Chef Patrick’s own band!!

The food

Rock Star Chef, Patrick Stark, and his culinary team have raised the bar on menu selections…and you will agree after seeing this. The elevated options have a touch of rock ‘n’ roll that is sure to please guests. Choose from shareable items, flatbreads, tacos, wraps, specialty dishes and desserts. Prices range from $10-25 per item. See images below from a few of the creative plates!

Bloody Mary Shrimp Shooters ($14)

Bacon Bites ($10) – a smoked slab of bacon on apple slices topped with salted caramel dip

Blue Margarita Flatbread ($12) – blueberries, jalapenos, Brie, Mozzarella, basil and fried prosciutto on a thin crust

Samples of crab cake, ahi tuna, marshmallow cocktail and meatballs. The Brixton takes bar food to a whole new level!  An assortment of the food is also found on the late night menu (10 p.m. to midnight daily). See the full menu here.

The drinks

The cocktails are a hit at The Brixton. Known for some rockin’ drinks, patrons can enjoy an array of craft drinks, beers and wine. Several of the cocktails, such as Beatles Juice and Mezcalifornication, pay homage to popular rock songs.
