New menu at an old favorite! ✨ We checked out th New menu at an old favorite! ✨ We checked out the updated menu at @oddfellowsoc at @bishopartsdistrict and there’s so much to try! Oddfellows has long been a weekend brunch favorite (& they DO have new brunch items available, including a Duck Bacon Sandwich we are absolutely going to make a part of our lives), but they also have a great dinner menu. Here’s everything we tried: 🍸 Nude Beach* 🍸 Odd But Friendly* 🦐 Shrimp Ceviche 🧀 Cheese & Charcuterie 🫛 Green Bean Salad 🍖 Tamarind Short Rib 🐟 Striped Bass 🍰 Strawberry Shortcake *We asked our server for a drink recommendation off the new menu & she actually let us know we can add alcohol to any of the new mocktails, so we did! The Odd But Friendly was so refreshing & the Family Beach became the Nude Beach! 😂 PS we also asked the owners for their favorite item off the new menu. Fortune House in Irving has long been known for having some of the best dumplings in town, as well as traditional Chinese dishes & noodles. Their long-awaited new location on Lower Greenville features stylish decor, a terrific patio & the same great food! Plus, it’s always great to have a good authentic Chinese spot in Dallas proper. 🤩 What a great time celebrating & getting to try some of their best dishes & drinks. We are talking 🥩🥛🥚🧀, of course 🍑🥦🥬🥕🍎🍐, and even 🍷. Say, what?! We met some amazing people, including farmers, bakers, makers, and foodies! The offerings are seasonal, so it’s worth keeping @coppellfarmersmarket in your rotation all year. The farmers market has a shaded pavilion with inside and outside booths, a farm-themed playground, interactive fountain area, and restrooms. Several restaurants are within walking distance.
