Students in the Bistro program at the Dallas College Culinary, Pastry and Hospitality (CPH) Center are ready to share their creative meals with you this semester!

The Webb Chapel location (off Webb Chapel Road and LBJ Freeway) opened in January 2020 as an extension of the El Centro campus downtown. The CPH Center is at the center of Dallas Culinary Culture with a more than 50-year history of serving the community by producing highly qualified culinary, pastry, and hospitality professionals.

The program hosts events including the Get Seasoned! Celebrity Chef Cooking Series, special pop-up meals, guest chef events, cooking sessions, and student-operated meal services as a part of the school’s nationally ranked Culinary Arts, Baking/Pastry and Food and Hospitality Management programs. There are many ways to interact with this world-class culinary training facility previously operated by Le Cordon Bleu North America.

Sign up to grab lunch and every Tuesday this semester to experience the student-led kitchen for yourself.

  • Hawaii
  • Florida
  • Midwest
  • Southwestern
  • Texas buffet

Pricing & Reservations

The cost is $15/person, which includes a three-course meal and a specialty drink chosen and created by the student manager each week to fit the theme. Each dish also has a vegetarian option.

Tips are not accepted, as the Bistro is a way for students to simply gain knowledge and experience.
