Eureka!, a burger and beer chain from California, recently opened its first Texas location at Uptown Dallas’ West Village. The restaurant features an elevated American selection of craft beer, whiskey, specialty cocktails and regional wine. As for food, the menu features gourmet burgers, sandwiches, salads, various sides and more from locally sourced ingredients.
Even if you’re not a fan of burgers, you’ll most likely find another dish to devour. The chain’s expansive menu continues with a taco bar, steak entrees, an all-day breakfast burrito and additional items, which we hear are delicious! Oh, and they didn’t forget the dessert. One of the popular items to order is the Butterscotch Rum Pudding, which is served with a homemade whipping cream, caramel sauce, sprinkled with sea salt for a savory and sweet finish.
You’ll find 40 American beers on tap, 40 small batch whiskeys and even some off-the-menu selections (ask your waiter!). Additionally, Eureka!’s savory signature cocktails include classic recipes like the house Old Fashioned and contemporary creations like the Moscow Mule and Rosemarys Ruby Red.
Eureka! Dallas features daily hoppy hours with drink and food specials from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., drink specials from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. and food specials from 9 p.m. to close.
