Stop by Hopdoddy Burger Bar this Easter season to celebrate sunshine and good food!

Although the tried and true Hopdoddy staples remain, they’ve got a few new items to offer on the menu this spring. Classics like the Greek and Ahi Tuna burger will always pull on our foodie heart strings, but you can’t go wrong with the Boss Hog — BBQ House Pulled Pork, Beef Patty, Bacon, Tillamook Cheddar Cheese, Chipotle Cole Slaw, and Sweet Mustard BBQ Sauce.

They’ve got another new one called the Chicken Satay burger. It’s basically a bahn-mi in burger form. Come on. That’s genius. Of course, you’ll also need those Truffle fries involved in most every show down at Hopdoddy.

Well, I guess you couldn’t leave without a milkshake under your belt…next time you drop by the burger bar, try the Strawberry Balsamic shake  – made with Housemade Ice Cream, Strawberries, Balsamic Syrup, and Grey Sea Salt.

If alcohol is more your tempo, the What’s Up Doc is back — a cocktail special made of Carrot and Orange Juices, Vodka, Ginger Syrup, and Lime. A Black Cherry Hard Limeade will fill all your summery adult beverage dreams, and if you’re still celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, an Irish Coffee is appropriate. If this weather has you surfing the web for direct flights to Mexico the Little Larry is your margarita of choice, but a Sangrita would fit the bill just as well.

Okay, back to pinning cute swim suits and pretending Dallas has a hidden beach somewhere.
