BEE: Best Enchiladas Ever in Oak Cliff neighborhood is the world’s first enchiladeria. It is a cross between Which Wich order style & Chipotle assembly line. Be prepared to follow your food, which has been the only complaint I’ve heard. Fortunately, the Posh Dad found a table and sat with the posh kids while I finished up our order.
I chose a chicken tinga enchilada on corn tortilla with cheddar cheese and avocado verde sauce & a spinach and mushroom enchilada on blue corn tortilla with jack cheese and sour cream sauce. I coupled it with the borracho beans and vegan rice. They are a must-try! Don’t forget about your kids aka “the little bees.” They enjoyed their food which was reasonably priced at $2.99/each.
