Salata, the Latin origin of the word salad, is the next generation salad bar, where you can create your own, tossed-to-order fresh and healthy salads and salad wraps. Started by Berge Simonian and Tony Kyoumjian in 2005, the duo created the concept after seeing an increase in demands of the health conscious public wanting healthy, fresh eating alternatives. The Houston-based company has since expanded to 18 locations throughout Houston, Dallas and Los Angeles, with a solid foundation poised for additional growth in the near future.
