The Second Floor by Scott Gottlich Rolls Out New Happy Hour
The Second Floor at The Westin Galleria Dallas now offers new snacks and drinks during its first-class happy hour. Snack selections include Pork Belly Sliders, Cornmeal Crusted Oysters, Calamari and Deviled Eggs. As for drinks, The Second Floor is mixing up seasonal Sangria and cocktails, as well as beer and wine. The appetizers range from $4 to $7 and drinks are $3 – $5.
Catch the happy hour each week from Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m.

Dee Lincoln Steak & Burger Bars Plano location is now open for weekday lunch.

Carnitas Chile Relleno: The chile cheese pork carnitas relleno is served with black beans, white rice, tomato sauce, avocado and queso fresco.
The Siberias: Bite-size white shredded chicken or brisket tostada Siberia served with avocado, pickled jalape ño, crema, queso fresco and chile de arbol salsa.

Sea Breeze Hosts Cooking Class, May 25
Sea Breeze Fish Market & Grill will continue their very popular cooking class series this month with a seafood class on Sunday, May 25. Classes are traditionally the fourth Sunday of each month from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Guests will learn several seafood recipes, taste those recipes and enjoy wine pairings, all for $40 per person! Greenvilles The Grape Hosts Wine Dinner, May 29
The Grape hosts a special Chefs Come-As-You-Are wine dinner on Thursday, May 29 showcasing wines from Sonoma Valley winemakers Banshee Wines. Chef de cuisine Jed Demler will feature an intimate three-course bistro menu to complement the hand-selected wines. Special guest host is Jenny Davis of Pioneer Wine Company.
The Grape’s monthly wine dinner provides a fun, casual setting, that allows the guest to “come-as-they-are” and dine at their own pace, allowing for a more festive one-on-one format with the wine experts. Themes include a wine expert/host for the evening who speaks to each individual table about the wines selected.

Summer Party at Henderson Tap House, May 31
Newly-opened Henderson Tap House will host a Sip ˜N Slide into Summer party on May 31, 2014. Enjoy burgers and hot dogs on the patio from 2 to 6 p.m. and two $6 signature cocktails, Wyatt Berry Fizz, with Bombay Sapphire Gin, fresh lemon and lime juice, and raspberry schnapps topped with a slash of soda, and Dixie Tea, with Sweet Tea vodka, peach schnapps, sour mix and topped with a splash of sprite.
Additional drink specials include $5 calls, $4 wells and $4 domestic drafts. A burger or hot dog with a beer will be available for $6. Guests who RSVP will be entered for a chance to win a patio party for 10.
