Bagels & Coffee in Frisco! 🥯 The cutest (& tasti Bagels & Coffee in Frisco! 🥯 The cutest (& tastiest) bagel shop in Frisco lives right on Main Street: @bagelology.bagels.coffee There’s almost always a line out the door, which makes sense because their bagels are fluffy, tasty, and so pretty, and the cream cheese is made with real fruits & veggies for that perfect, fresh bite. It’s our go-to on the weekend, even if we have to weave in between the crowd🤭. Nerdy tip: Visit during any holiday or event! A dinner we’re still thinking about @oceanprimedal A dinner we’re still thinking about @oceanprimedallas 🥂 Some dinners are just dinner. This one felt like an event. We walked into Ocean Prime not expecting to order half the menu, but one bite of the parmesan baked scallops and the jumbo shrimp cocktail and we knew we were in for a treat. The lobster linguine came out next, and it might be the best pasta we’ve had in Dallas this year. The branzino followed, flaky and perfectly seasoned, with the truffle mac & cheese and carrots and almonds rounding things out on the side. Every plate was phenomenal. And then dessert happened. Decedent chocolate cake. Ten-layer carrot cake. Honestly, no regrets. If you’re in Dallas and looking for a restaurant that turns a dinner into a memory, @oceanprimedallas is the move. We let the resume speak for itself! @slicehousefrisco brings serious pizza credentials to the table and every single slice we tasted backs it up. Artisan craft meets fast casual and somehow it works perfectly. New York, Detroit, Grandma, Sicilian, the styles are all here and they are all done right✅ What we tried: SLICES: BBQ Chicken · Little Italy · Pepperoni · Detroit Motorhead · Burrata Queen · and more DESSERT: Cannolis · Pistachio was the personal favorite and it was not close. The cannolis alone deserve their own post. One last note: the Detroit Motorhead pizza is the move if you have never tried Detroit style. Sugar and Sage Bakery Takeover at Eataly’s Terra! 🥐 As if Terra at @eatalydallas in @northparkcenter could get higher on our list of Dallas favorite restaurants, they’ve partnered with another of our favorite Dallas bakeries, @sugarandsagebakerydallas for swoon-worthy seasonal additions to the brunch menu now through Aug 23rd. We tried two pastries and the other two tempted us to come back and try in the coming weeks! 🥐💛 Delightful pastries we tried: 🥐Brioche al Salmone – Scallion & Cream Cheese-filled brioche, Catsmo Smoked Salmon, Capers, and Frisée 🥐Danish alla Pesca – Peach, Goat Cheese & Thyme Danish with Fresh Brûléed Peaches and Smoked Vanilla Gelato ⭐⭐Made just for Eataly. Grab it before it’s gone. Endless omakase?? Say less, we’re in! We headed Endless omakase?? Say less, we’re in! We headed back to @hinokisushibar in Frisco to try out their new concept, Endless Omakase! 🍣✨ You heard right. It’s a 15 course omakase experience where you do the initial 14 courses & then you can do endless rounds of nigiri or handrolls until time or stomach space runs out! For just $75, it’s truly an amazing deal. Every course was beautifully plated & delicious, but we especially loved the toro & the 2 preparations of scallop we got to try. There was also a special A5 Wagyu beef uni caviar dish that blew our mind. 🤯 FYI: additional rounds of nigiri come out in sets of 4 & remains chef’s choice. Save just the tiniest bit of space though: the dessert, a miso ice cream crumble with olive oil drizzle, was actually spectacular. You might remember when this chain first made it to Texas last year, there was an hours long wait to get in! Chicha’s famous tea is made from leaves hand-picked during peak season in Taiwan & brewed to order—you can really taste the difference. Most drinks can also be customized to the sweetness & ice level you want, with additional toppings like konjac & grass jelly available, which reminded this Taiwanese contributor of home! Even for the boba lover with the most tried & true order, this shop will make you spend time considering their huge variety of drinks, including Peach, Lemon, Taro & a seasonal Plum series. Known for its authentic, home-style Mexican cuisine, this new spot in Dallas delivers bold flavors, generous portions, and the kind of dishes that keep people coming back. They have dishes like their limited time offering, Garlic Brisket Pepper Rice, Hamburg & Steak Sizzling Curry or of course their classic Beef Pepper Rice, all served sizzling hot on iron plates right at the table. They even have pasta! The servers mix your dishes for you & you’re left with a delicious plate of sizzling goodness. Everything was so good, but we loved the curry dish in particular & you can’t go wrong with their classic Beef Pepper Rice. Located in Downtown Dallas and Addison, this wellness-focused café serves fresh, thoughtfully prepared meals made with organic ingredients and absolutely no seed oils. The Farmers’ Market Breakfast was our personal favorite. Scrambled eggs, apple chicken sausage, crispy potatoes, seasonal fruit, and sourdough toast came together for a simple but incredibly satisfying meal that felt both nourishing and delicious. And let’s talk about the Pink Cloud Latte for a second. Beautiful, cozy, and the perfect complement to a slow morning. Beyond the food, Café OLIVIA has become a favorite spot for a casual work session. The atmosphere is bright, peaceful, and the city views make it easy to settle in with your laptop and stay awhile. Whether you’re grabbing breakfast before work, meeting a client, or looking for a new coworking spot outside of your home office, this one deserves a spot on your list. It’s the perfect inspiration for a kitchen rooted in family traditions and deeply layered, authentic flavors. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, and you can tell how much care goes into every single dish. Here are a few menu recommendations for your visit: 🗞️ Laos Egg Rolls: Flavorful and plenty to share with the table. 🥗 Thai Papaya Salad: So crispy and cool, a great salad for a hot day (or any time!). 🥢 Pad Thai: A fave for many, and at Khao Horm Thai they serve an absolutely delicious plate of this dish. 🍜 Khao Soi: A must-try!! This was a true standout dish, chef-recommended for a reason. 🍹 Butterfly Lemon Tea: A refreshing and beautiful drink that goes great with anything you will order here.
