Get a light and delicious fare at Piada Italian Street Food this season. Piada is a fast casual, authentic eatery serving hand-rolled Piadas (a thin Italian flatbread) on their sandwiches, pasta bowls and salads. I love how charming the restaurant is and they offer a tasty menu that you can enjoy totally guilt-free. Piada is dedicated to changing its menu based on seasons, so guests get the food they love when it™s freshest.

Recently, the restaurant rolled out several new seasonal entrees and sides featuring ingredients like California avocado, fresh mozzarella, ripe strawberries, arugula and roasted sweet corn. (Doesn’t this already sound amazing?) Check it out:

Steak Avocado Piada

A scrumptious sandwich with grilled steak, roasted sweet corn and tomatoes, California avocado (my absolute fave topping!), arugula, fresh mozzarella, pancetta and basil aioli…all hand-rolled in their signature Piada dough. I grabbed a side of their new cheese bread that’s combined with marinara sauce.

Farmer™s Market Salad

This salad could probably serve two people if you’re wanting to try several new entrees during your visit! The dish shown below comes with grilled chicken tenderloin, mixed greens and napa cabbage. The best part, in my opinion, are the toppings: ripe strawberries, California avocado, roasted sweet corn, spiced pecans and feta cheese, tossed in house-made lemon basil dressing.

Farm Club Tasca

Here’s another filling entree you’re sure to love. The Farm Club Tasca is a layered sandwich made with Piada dough and stuffed with buttermilk fried chicken, California avocado, balsamic aioli, arugula, bruschetta tomatoes, pancetta, sweet & spicy pickles and lemon basil dressing. Mmmm!

Roasted Corn Salad

Grab a side of the new roasted sweet corn mixed with grape tomatoes, fresh basil, thyme, shallot, chili flake, paprika, lemon and olive oil. All of these flavors won’t let you down!

Orzo Crunch

Another side to try out is the new Orzo Crunch. It replaces rice with barley mixed with olive oil, almonds, sugar snap peas, sweet glazed pecans, currants, red bell peppers, lemon basil dressing. Full of flavor and so wholesome!

While you’re at it, cool off with one of Piada’s Italian sodas or iced teas. Choose from four refreshing selections, in addition to soda and water.
