The Chanaa brothers, Adam and Jalal, first hit the Dallas restaurant scene 1989, opening the first Ali Baba Mediterranean Grill concept on Lower Greenville in a 800 sq. ft. venue. Over the years, they’ve expanded to additional locations and 31 years later, Ali Baba is still an iconic stop for locals and tourists alike. In 2011, the brothers expanded their concept to include Terra Mediterranean Grill. Both restaurants have won numerous awards, but most importantly, the hearts of local consumers who appreciate fresh, healthy and flavorful Mediterranean cuisine. Terra offers tantalizing dishes made from fresh and flavorful ingredients of this region. These distinctly bold, healthy and delicious flavors are as unique as the regions that inspired them.
