Spicy New Burger at Hopdoddy Requires A Signed Waiver

The Ghostland Burgatory at Hopdoddy was created to celebrate the beginning of summer chili season. The ghost Chile, also known as Naga Bhut Jolokia, is a pepper that originates in India. It is the second hottest pepper behind the Trinidad scorpion chili, and has around 1,000,000 Scoville units on the Scoville Scale. It is three times hotter than the average habanero pepper. This burger is so hot, guests will need to sign a waiver before tasting. The burger is on the menu until August 10.
