As the countdown to New Year’s Eve begins, it’s never too soon to ponder how you’ll usher in 2024. Whether you envision a glamorous affair adorned with sequins and sophisticated suits or fancy a laid-back evening in comfy jeans by a warm fire pit, the good news is that Dallas has an abundance of options to cater to your preferred vibe. Here are just a few enticing choices for your consideration:

Truluck’s will offer a special 3-course menu for guests to ring in the New Year. Highlights include oysters on the half-shell with caviar, champagne mignonette, caviar served with warm blinis and traditional accouterments, miso-glazed sea bass, Stone Crab Claw platter, Prime King Crab, and a Prime Ribeye with king crab ravioli & shellfish-mornay sauce. WOWZA! Finish it off with Truluck’s famous carrot cake. Cost is $150 per person at their Uptown Dallas, Southlake and NEW Plano locations. Reservations are highly recommended to guarantee a seat. Coupes will offer patrons three seating options for New Year’s Eve that will feature their full beverage service of over a dozen champagnes and sparkling wines by the glass (starting at $15) and fifty bottles (starting at $70). Coupes will also feature still wines and their classic, signature, and holiday cocktails for both dinner services and the Midnight Celebration. 

The 5:30 and 7:30 PM seating options will offer a four-course menu, featuring three entrée options. The dinner is priced at $110 per person, with beverages ordered a la carte. The last seating at 9:30 PM is $60 per person with beverages ordered a la carte and will serve lite bites including Truffle Popcorn and Gougeres, throughout the evening with more substantial offerings of choice Fried Chicken Provençal or Crab Cakes around 10:30.

Coupes is a French-inspired bar with a Texas twist located at The Shops at Highland Park at 4234 Oak Lawn Ave, Dallas, TX 75219, (214) 434-1347. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made via Tock, but walk-ins are always welcome.

Step into the time machine and join Henry’s Majestic on December 31 for an electrifying New Year’s Eve celebration – a throwback to the vibrant and nostalgic era of the 90s with their Neon NYE Party. Immerse yourself in the glow of neon paint, the allure of glow bracelets, the magic of black lights, and the shimmering brilliance of glow-in-the-dark cocktails. There will be no cover charge so this is a fun and affordable way to bring in the New Year. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made via OpenTable. Walk-ins are also welcome.

If you love New Orleans-style jazz, ring in a New Year at Revelers Hall, the home for raucous music lovers in the heart of the historic Bishop Arts District. As the name indicates, there’s always a party happening at this New Orleans-style bar. Guests can enjoy a full bar featuring a selection of beer, wine, and mixed and frozen drinks. Menu highlights include a selection of flatbreads, cheese and charcuterie boards, wings, The Revelers burger, shrimp po-boy and more. Drink specials will be offered throughout the night and NYE hats and horns will be scattered throughout the bar for patrons to enjoy.

Shows do not require advance tickets but do expect a $6 music fee to be added to your tab to compensate the musicians. Revelers Hall offers indoor and outdoor seating and is located at 412 N. Bishop Avenue, Dallas, TX 75208.

This New Year’s Eve, experience the all-new Rayleigh Underground with dinner and dancing from 7-10 pm. Join Australian celebrity, media personality, and DJ Georgia Sinclair from 11 pm-1 am. Cost is $100 per person. Reservations can be made via OpenTable.

The Rayleigh Underground is a brand new, sophisticated, innovative, 38,000-square-foot venue that seamlessly blends ancient amphitheater design inspiration with cutting-edge technology. It’s Vegas meets Dallas, but with Dallas vibes. The Rayleigh is in a dramatic two-story space beneath the Toyota Music Factory. And you’re invited to a night of entertainment and Pacific Rim Vibe Dining, beginning with signature jello shots served on a gold platter. Evenings are elevated with entertainment taking center stage and broadcasting on large 36-foot screens. When a DJ is spinning, the center chandelier produces an extraordinary laser light show, and rotating content creates an immersive environment.
