It’s not too late. The Summer Cooking Classes at the Dallas Farmers Market are coming to a close, but this Saturday (8/9), you can still catch the last class – with T.J. Lengnick from Shinsei.
I had the opportunity to volunteer for last week’s class with Executive Chef Michael West of R Bar & Grill. What fun. You get to watch a chef prepare a meal, and then of course, enjoy tasting it. It’s a front-row seat to creativity and inspiration. Just good theater. Do something different this Saturday. Your brain and your tummy will thank you.
