This never-before tasted roll is a tasty fusion of traditional Japanese sushi and southwestern cuisine — and it’s only available a short time during hatch chile season. The roll is packed with grilled chicken, cream cheese and creamy avocado wrapped in rice and nori and topped with a vibrant salsa of Hatch® green chiles, golden corn, red onion, chopped cilantro and crispy fried onions. Enjoy a sweet heat with Japanese BBQ sauce, spicy mayo and sriracha on top. This creative roll hits any hunger craving and leaves you with a spicy kick!
