That is the name of the game at Pie Tap Pizza Workshop located in The Design District, Knox/Henderson and Park & Preston. Made with 4 simple ingredients: flour, water, salt, olive oil and its proprietary yeast starter, which it feeds daily, this might just be the king of all pizza doughs. With a beautiful, crunchy but perfectly doughy crust and premium meats and veggies like Calabrese salami and housemade mozzarella, this is one mean pizza pie. Every single dish is well thought out and executed, but what stole the show was the house made pasta and sauce! Save room for doughnuts, you won’t regret it!
