Southlake’s Bonefish Grill recently rolled out not one, but TWO, appetizing menus for the winter season and weekend brunch. The upscale restaurant is located off Southlake Blvd. near the popular Town Square. I stopped by for lunch to learn about the new menu items and to try out a few dishes.

Bonefish Grill offers a variety of fish selections from around the globe. From Ahi Tuna and Chilean Sea Bass to Rainbow Trout and Salmon, their market-fresh fish are cooked to perfection over a wood-burning grill. See the various offerings below!

Colossal Winter Menu

The Colossal Winter Menu made its debut this month and offers luxurious seafood items such as Lobster Stuffed Shrimp, One-Pound Alaskan King Crab Legs, Whole Grilled Mediterranean Branzino, Chocolate Creme Brulee and a refreshing Winter White Cosmopolitan (mixed with St. Germain Elderflower liqueur, white cranberry juice and fresh lime).

Additional menu items

Bonefish Grill continues to serve up delicious entrees year round. Many of the plates come with your choice of a side and fresh seasonal veggies or chips. And by the way, the taste of the wood-fire grill is impeccable!

The Bang Bang Shrimp Crispy Tacos pictured below was one of my favorite items to try out. My waitress recommended the Bang Bang Shrimp and said it’s the most popular item at Bonefish Grill. And now I see why! The shrimp is grilled and tossed in a creamy sauce while layered in crispy wonton shells. It has a street style feel with a gourmet taste.

Another plate worth trying out is the Tilapia. I ordered a side of grilled shrimp because I couldn’t get enough of it! The fish was tender and flavorsome, and it paired nicely with the Garlic Whipped Potatoes and Spaghetti Squash.

I’ll be back for some more Bang Bang Shrimp and seafood dishes in the near future!
