Health Foodies rejoice!

The Piada Italian Street Food is welcoming back its tasty seasonal menu for all to enjoy this fall and winter at their locations. Piada prides itself on utilizing the freshest ingredients of the season with a strong emphasis on fruits, vegetables and grains.

The new menu includes:

Mediterranean Power Bowl: A healthy blend of broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, glazed chickpeas and pickled red onions atop a bed of red quinoa drizzled with harissa and Greek yogurt.

Harvest Grain: Talk about starting your day the right way! A tasty mix of Farro (a Mediterranean wheat grain), spiced pecans, dried cranberries, sweet potatoes, basil, fennel and feta tossed in a yummy red wine dressing.

The Porchetta Sandwich: One of my favorites from the night-a slow roasted pork loin seasoned with a Tuscan spice blend of porcini, rosemary, garlic and pepper served on a rustic Italian roll with a wonderful basil aioli, fennel and a sweet touch of pickled red onion.

Blood Orange Pomegranate Tea: The healthy journey continues with a freshly brewed tea sweetened with natural blood orange and pomegranate flavor. A touch of basil at the end will have you wanting more of this flavorful drink.

The Piada Italian Street Food Restaurants are located in Richardson, Frisco and Forth Worth TX.  Their hours are from 10:45am “ 10:00 pm.
