Savor the date, April 5-8, because Fort Worth Food and Wine Festival is one of the biggest events for Tarrant County foodies to not miss! The four-day event supporting the Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation will bring a lineup of local and regional chefs participating in the fifth annual festival at venues across the city.

 

 

Choose from one or all of the below events!

Tacos + Tequila kicks off the festival on Thursday night, and is a brand new event in the weekend lineup this year. Participating chefs include local favorites such as Keith Grober (Salsa Limón), Sarah Castillo (Taco Heads) and Chris Garcia (Del Norte Tacos). Thursday, April 5, 2018, 8:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. (BRIK Venue), $50 general admissions, $60 early entry

Friday night is the Main Event, and guests will see several returning favorites including Jon Bonnell (Bonnell™s Fine Texas Cuisine), Robert Lyford (Patina Green Home and Market), Molly McCook (Ellerbe Fine Foods), Ben Merritt (Fixture) and others. Friday, April 6, 2018, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (Pier 1 Imports Building), $125 general admission, $150 early entry

The party continues into the night with Desserts After Dark at Firestone & Robertson™s new 112-acre whiskey wonderland, Whiskey Ranch. Robbie Werner (Stir Crazy Baked Goods) and Lindsey Lawing (Sweet Lucy™s Pies) return alongside last year™s favorite dessert winner, Katherine Sasser (Hurley House). Newcomer Liz Lanier (JOY Macarons) is also signed on for the event. Friday, April 6, 2018, 9 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (Whiskey Ranch), $60 general admission, $70 early entry

Rise + Dine, a brunch event on Saturday, features festival newcomer, Cane Rosso, long-time supporter Brandon Moors (FunkyTown Donuts), along with a couple dozen other food and beverage participants. With renewed appetites, guests will sample offerings from Burgers, Brews + Blues chefs Terry Chandler (Fred™s Texas Cafe), Daniel Pittman (LUCK) and 2017 event standouts Wade G. Chappell (Pearl Snap Kolaches) and Gerardo Pena (Rodeo Goat). Saturday, April 7, 2018, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Pier 1 Imports Building), $65 general admission, $75 early entry

Catch Burgers, Brews + Blues on Saturday night. Thirteen chefs grill up their best mini-burgers and 22 craft breweries pour two different beers while celebrity judges and guests vote for their favorites. Saturday, April 7, 2018, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (Heart of the Ranch at Clearfork), $70 general admission, $85 early entry

Closing out the festival on Sunday evening is the Pitmasters Picnic with offerings from some the best barbecue joins from across the state including Black™s BBQ, BBQ on the Brazos, Lockhart Smokehouse and Kreuz Market.  Sunday, April 8, 2018, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. (Heart of the Ranch at Clearfork) $65 general admission, $75 early entry
