For us, a new year means new opportunities to explore newly opened restaurants, and to revisit our old favorites. And we ate pretty dang good last month! Here’s a roundup of where we stopped in. (If you’re pretending to eat better for your New Year’s Resolution or if you’re the Dry January type, this post might not be for you. Sorry not sorry.) 🙂

Shell Shack – Crawfish season (Dallas)

Portillos – highly anticipated opening in The Colony

Hoffbrau Steakhouse – now open in Grapevine

Nitro Burger – Trinity Groves in Dallas

Taste of Chicago – new location in McKinney

Sip + Savor – now open in Highland Village

Isla & Co. – January’s Oyster promo

Le Peep – Plano and Fort Worth

Asian Mint – we visited the Inwood Village location

Ramen Izakaya Akira – Castle Hills/Lewisville

Barley & Board’s latest location in Grandscape (The Colony)
