The doors at Yolk in One Arts Plaza officially opened at 6 a.m. last Tuesday (1/20). The prior evening, the restaurant had a full house checking out the new space and enjoying mimosas made with Yolk’s own strawberry-orange juice (pretty darn tasty).

Yolk is light and bright, taking its cues from sunrises and eggs. It offers a robust menu sure to please, whether you prefer to start the day with sweet or savory, hearty or light. The breakfast and lunch spot is the seventh Yolk location. The first opened in Chicago in 2006. It now has four Chicago siblings, plus an outpost in Indianapolis…and now the location at One Arts is the first in Dallas.
