The 19th annual Deep Ellum Arts Festival will be held on Main Street over a three-day weekend on April 5 “ 7, 2013. With a dynamic variety of visual artists that were selected by jury and more than 100 original musical performers on 5 stages, the festival is one of the most beloved cultural events in Dallas.

WHAT:
19th Annual Deep Ellum Arts Festival
The festival will showcase more than 100 bands and singer/songwriters that will perform all original music from several genres including Indie, Jazz, Rockabilly/Punk, Electronic, Reggae, and Rock.
More than 200 visual artists will be in attendance this year showcasing their juried decorative and fine art. Festival attendees are invited to purchase, commission, or merely admire the gorgeous creations.
A fan favorite with the festival is the tantalizing array of food offered by noted Deep Ellum eateries within the Crowdus Street village.
The festival is a very pet-friendly environment and the popular Deep Ellum Pet Parade will be held on Sunday, April 7 at 11:00 a.m.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL:
The Deep Ellum Association and The Deep Ellum Foundation, 501(c)(3) organizations benefit from this annual free-to-attend community festival. This is an adult oriented visual and performing arts festival. While supervised young children and teenagers are welcome during the day, there are no specifically planned activities for them.
