After five successful years of fundraising and cocktail shaking, the Ultimate Cocktail Experience returns to Dallas’ Klyde Warren Park on Sept. 30. Once again, the charitable pop-up event is bringing together bartenders, brands, distributors and consumers to benefit Trigger’s Toys.

Started by Bryan Townsend of The 86 Co., the Ultimate Cocktail Experience is an annual showcase featuring the best bartenders from across the country, as they provide attendees with delicious craft cocktails. This year’s event will include six unique bar concepts, each representing a different part of the world. Each bartender will be tasked with producing a menu of innovative drinks, including one classic cocktail and one non-alcoholic option. And to accompany those drinks, food trucks will be on site serving a variety of dishes.

Bars, captains and featured classic cocktails have been selected and are as follows:

Mexico City: Brad Hensarling & Megan McClinton, The Usual (Margarita)

London: Omar Yeefoon, Shoals (Gin and Tonic)

New Orleans: Keisha Cooper, Shoals (Sazerac)

Hong Kong: Robbie Call, Filament (Rob Roy)

Casablanca: Andrew Stofko, Hot Joy (Mule)

Havana: Ravinder Singh, Rapscallion (Daiquiri)

Trigger’s Toys is dedicated to reducing the financial and emotional stress placed on chronically ill children and their families by providing financial assistance and supplemental therapy to those in need. Last year’s event raised more than $200,000 for the cause, and this year will aim to exceed that goal this month.

The Ultimate Cocktail Experience will take place on Saturday, Sept. 30 at 6:30 p.m. Tickets may be purchased here. General admission is $65 in advance and $80 at the door. VIP tickets are $125, and quantities are limited. For more information or to make a donation, please visit triggerstoys.org.
