A full crowd came out to celebrate the opening The Highland Dallas. The hotel, formerly known as Hotel Palomar, is the new jewel in Hilton’s Curio Collection. Many VIPs were on-hand, including John Tesar who performed a celebratory champagne cleaver-off to inaugurate the new property in a style befitting his new restaurant.

Knife, Tesar’s restaurant, was buzzing, and a sharp-dressed crowd sipped champagne and explored the hotel. The Hunter Sullivan Band entertained guests who enjoyed an open bar and tasty passed hors d’oeuvres in one of the property’s snazzy event spaces.

Take a look at the photos from the event!
