The Southlake Chamber of Commerce presents Oktoberfest this weekend at the popular Southlake Town Square. Admission and parking are free. (Hooray!)

The festival is filled with musical entertainment, wiener dog races, and delicious German food, of course. The website doesn’t list what specific food and drinks to expect, but I’m sure the traditional German food will be available and have you munching for more.

If the polka music doesn’t do it for you, check out Le Freak tonight (Oct. 6). (If you’re not too young to know who they are, this band puts on one heck of a show.)

Hours of Operation:

Friday, October 5, 5:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Saturday, October 6, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Sunday, October 7, 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

If you plan to drive out to Southlake to attend the shenanigans, please let us know how you liked it!
