Then join Chef Brian Olenjack as he brings NOLA to the heart of DFW with a Cajun Style Shrimp Boil this Thursday, Feb. 20 at Olenjack’s Grille. The restaurant serves up down-home Texas flavor infused with a sophisticated, diverse and sumptuous flair. Guests will be treated to Cajun boiled shrimp, and not to leave anyone’s taste buds unsatisfied, smoked sausage, corn, and new potatoes with a sweet potato cheesecake for dessert.
