When it comes to gourmet pizza, Fireside Pies may come to mind. It definitely does for me! Fireside makes incredible hand-crafted pies (as they like to call it) in wood-fired ovens. The Dallas-based restaurant also offers market fresh salads, sharable appetizers, housemade desserts and a selection of fine wines, craft beers and scratch cocktails.

With summer in full swing, Fireside Pies is taking advantage of incorporating peaches, a seasonal fruit that I LOVE, on its menu. They’re calling it PeachFest, and Fireside fans are in for sweet treat. Three new limited-time-only menu items are now available through June 26 at all Fireside locations.

Take a look at the new items available during PeachFest:

Roasted Texas Peaches & Burrata – Wood-fire roasted Texas peaches with Burrata mozzarella, baby arugula, candied Texas pecans and balsamic reduction.

Texas Peach White Sangria – Muddled Texas peaches with white wine, fresh-squeezed citrus and liqueur.

Texas Peach Market Crisp – Sugar-glazed roasted Texas peaches topped with an oatmeal pecan streusel and Henry’s Pecan Praline ice cream.

Of course I couldn’t go to Fireside without ordering a pie! (No peaches on this pepporini pie, though.)
