meatballs

The teams have been named and Brick House Tavern + Tap is ready with its own bracket — Meatball Madness, complete with online voting, a big prize and menu specials during every game leading up to the national championship.

For this year’s NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship, Brick House serves up its meatballs for just $5 (a $3-4 savings). The appetizers, added to the menu in September, have become Brick House guest favorites. Served in sizes for sharing, the meatballs are available in four flavors: Classic Meatballs, served with a light tomato sauce, Greek Keftedes made with lamb, pesto and goat cheese, Buffalo Chicken tossed in Franks® hot sauce and Drunken Pork with bacon, buttermilk and a whiskey barbecue glaze.

Once they’ve sampled the meaty treats, guests can head to Brick House’s bracket to vote for their favorite flavors (until March 31) and be entered to win a National Championship game-watching party at their local Brick House restaurant for themselves and 10 friends on Monday, April 8. Each Brick House location is perfect for game-watching with more than 30 TVs and prime seating throughout the house, including soft leather recliners with a built-in beer glass holder and TV tray for dining.

Of course, no game day is complete without a cold drink, and Brick House has a bevy of new drinks this spring including: the Bloody Good Mary, a non-traditional approach to the drink, with a shot of Guinness, a touch of pickle juice and a garnish of deviled egg, bacon, salami, olive and smoked cheddar – with a rimmer of ground pork rind; the Jack Berry Smash, with muddled strawberries; and a Basil Gimlet, the classic with a touch of basil.
