We’re outside of Dallas, but we had to give this awesome lady a shout-out. Our server, Bridget, saw that we were wrangling the little man while trying to eat. She offered to take him on a tour of the brewery so we could grab a few bites. Awesome #chickenandwaffles, green chile #macandcheese, and of course, great beer. Try this recipe from @themodelspantry ・・・ MINI OMELETTE ‘MUFFINS’ 1 head of broccoli (shredded) 1 tsp coconut oil 6 large eggs 3 scallions, thinly sliced 1 3/4 oz baby spinach, shredded 2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper Directions 1. Put the shredded dry ingredients into a bowl 2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Oil a six-section nonstick muffin pan with the coconut oil. 3. Whisk the eggs well and beat in the scallions, spinach, nutritional yeast, broccoli , and cayenne. Divide between the muffin sections. 4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until well risen. These are delicious hot or cold, so are a perfect packed lunch when you are on the go.

Good morning IG! @tbanda here. Remember that wonderful baby Thai coconut I cut up last night? I used it to make a tropical great smoothie this morning! Did you know: immersion hand blenders are excellent for making smoothies or juices! Plus, since you can detach the blade part of the wand, cleanup takes seconds! (The @cuisinart SmartStick ftw!) Smoothie: – 1/2c sliced pineapple – half of a banana – few pieces of frozen coconut meat (about 1/4 cup chunked) – protein (powdered or 1/2c Greek plain yogurt (I love @fage total 0%) – 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed – coconut water, enough to blend to consistency you like #bountifulbaskets #smoothies #tropical 🌴

We shared the sticky bun and I had the apple sausage frittata with grits and toast! The sticky bun tasted a little old and was cold. The grits were savory, not sweet. #fail My frittata lacked something salty, probably the Brie that I had withheld. Stupid lactose intolerance. 😔 Overall, it is still a cute spot.
